Standard Delivery
It takes 3-5 Working Days for Standard Delivery to you to the vast majority of the UK.
Door Deliveries cost is £35 for one door, and £5 per additional door, capped at £95.

Once you have placed your order, our courier will contact you within 2 working days to arrange your delivery with you. Orders placed after 11am will be processed the next working day.
Our normal days for delivery are the working days of Monday through Friday, however, we may be able arrange a Saturday delivery. Please contact us for details.

Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and West Coast of Scotland usually take up to 6-10 working days, depending on when the courier is in the area.

We offer a next day delivery service delivered to you the next working day on XL Joinery Doors and LPD Doors. Place your order before 10am on a working day for delivery the following working day. The charge for this is £90 plus £7 per additional door.
Day of Delivery
As we use a national courier service to deliver our goods we are unfortunately unable to give a time for delivery as this is at the carriers discretion. Delivery times are usually between, but not restricted to, the hours of 8am to 6pm.
It is assumed that the delivery address is accessible by large lorry, if this is likely to be a problem, please inform us at the point of ordering.
Unfortunately, due to insurance restrictions, couriers are only able to deliver items to ‘kerbside’. It is not their responsibility to take the delivery into your home, it is therefore advisable to make sure that there is adequate help to unload the delivery into you home.

All goods must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. If the item is damaged whatsoever, sign as damaged and we can arrange a replacement.
Once received, check goods thoroughly and inform us of any damage or unsuitability within the first 48 hours to give the goods a thorough look over and identify any problems.
This will allow us to quickly rectify any problems and ensure that replacements can be issued.
If the courier is unable to make a delivery because you were not available, you will be liable for a charge for re-delivery.
